If for some reason you find a product not meeting your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. Please send us and email at customerservice@simplyfabulousgifts.com for a Return Authorization number and as soon as you have shipped the item back to us, do email us with the shipping information so we can make proper arrangements to refund your money.
If a product is delivered damaged please email us immediately so that a replacement can be sent out. Most of our products come with a Manufaturer's warranty which means if there is a defect in the product the Manufacturer will be glad to replace in most cases.
